SUNON is introducing SP5_1U / SP5_2U fan-less CPU coolers, a series of custom-made thermal solutions for the 4ᵗʰ gen AMD EPYC™ Platform, Genoa 9004 Series Server Processors that prompt faster, higher throughput, and higher performance computing required for cloud applications.
● SUNON SP5_1U, exclusive to 1U server, copper and aluminum are used as base materials due to their highly thermal conductivity. The combination of high-density fin and unique heat pipes is the module design that results in an excellent thermal performance better than it requires. It supports up to 300 Watts CPU power heat dissipation.
● SUNON SP5_2U CPU Cooler consists of copper + aluminum base and fin module that welds to the optimal heat pipe module, which provides thermal efficiency because of better heat conduction. It supports up to 400 Watts CPU power heat dissipation.
